Ooh-la-la Crop & Craft - Registration

We ask that each cropper register separately.

For Weekend retreats a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your date of arrival.
We ask when possible for roommates to register within a 48-hour period.
If your roommates have not registered 30 days prior to the event, we will adjust your balance to reflect the change in occupancy.

For Day crops a $25.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks (14 days) before the day of the crop.

	You may also pay the entire balance at the time of registration.
	Late registrations are accepted if space is available.
	If your balance is not received by the due date, you will receive one email reminder and if payment arrangements are not made within 5 days your reservation will be canceled.
	Children under the age of 12 years are not allowed. This is a time to relax and scrapbook stress free. Children 12 years and up are welcome to attend events accompanied by an adult. There is no discount in price as they equally take part in crop events as other attendees.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation for an Ooh-la-la Crop & Craft event you are responsible for the communication of that cancellation and as stated above your deposit fee is non-refundable. If you paid in full, you may transfer the amount LESS your deposit to another event within 12 months. You may send someone in your place if you are unable to attend and no penalties will apply. Contact us at crop@oohlalacropandcraft.com if you will be transferring your reservation to someone else. No refunds can be offered for any cancellation received less than 21 days prior to the start of any event. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

We accept personal check, money orders and credit card payment via PayPal, but an account with PayPal is not necessary.

Waiver and Release:

I release Ooh-la-la Crop and Craft, its sponsors, agents and employees, of all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs, and expenses of any kind which arise out of or as a result of my attendance to an Ooh-la-la Crop and Craft event, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to myself. Ooh-la-la Crop and Craft is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. While attending this event, I realize that I may be included in publicity photos. I give my consent for the use of these photos and my comments in future Ooh-la-la Crop and Craft promotional materials.

Privacy Policy:

Ooh-la-la Crop and Craft respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or transfer information regarding our customers to any unaffiliated third parties.

Registration Confirmation will be sent via email when we have received and processed your registration and deposit. If you do not have email, it will be mailed to you through US postal service.
